Dihur (dihur.com) is a small music discovery service run by a family in Slovenia, in the European Union. You show it songs you love, it learns the sound of your taste and finds you more. Questions any time: darko@grator.com.
Your account
Sign up with your email and a password. Keep the password to yourself; what happens under your login is yours. You can delete your account at any moment in Settings, and everything you gave us goes with it.
Your music, your responsibility
You can upload audio files or link songs from YouTube or SoundCloud. That music is used for exactly two things: your personal listening inside Dihur, and teaching Dihur your taste. Nothing else.
Only add music you are allowed to listen to. You stay responsible for what you upload or link. We never publish, share, or redistribute your uploads or any audio fetched from third-party catalogs; it stays inside your own account.
Fair use
Please don't break in, scrape, resell, flood, or use Dihur to distribute audio you have no rights to. Chat has a daily cap. It is a family-run service; be normal with it.
AI, honestly
Suggestions and chat replies are made by AI and can be wrong. The chat runs on Anthropic's Claude: messages you type in chat are sent to Anthropic to generate the reply. We never use anyone's audio to train public models. Anything Dihur ever publishes is generated from scratch; style is learned, audio is never copied.
The service itself
We are a small team and Dihur is young. Features may change, pause, or disappear. The service is provided as is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows, and our liability is limited to what mandatory law allows. None of this touches the rights you have as an EU consumer.
Ending things
You can leave any time: Settings, delete my account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice when we reasonably can.
Changes and law
If these terms change, the new version appears here with a new date; big changes get a note on the site. Slovenian law applies, with your EU consumer rights untouched.
